Lost or Stolen Debit Card
If your Debit Card has been compromised, lost or stolen, please contact us at the following numbers:
Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm by calling 903-873-4157.
Outside of normal business hours stated above or for holidays and weekends, please call (888) 873-4157.
It is important that you notify Citizens National Bank of Wills Point immediately in the event that your card is lost or stolen. Always use your card in a well lighted and secure area, and do not give your card or Personal Identification Number (PIN) to anyone to use.

In doing so we would like to do all that we possibly can to protect you and provide you with the most adequate and accurate information regarding your safety. With that in mind we are requesting that you NEVER give your Citizens National Bank account number in response to an e-mail request. Citizens National Bank will never send an e-mail requesting that you verify your account number. No legitimate business will ask you to verify your credit card/debit card information or any PIN granting access to your personal banking records. If at any time you receive an e-mail requesting any of your Citizens National Bank account numbers or banking information, please forward it to our Online Support Department. If at any time you receive an e-mail as described above, for your personal online security PLEASE do not respond.
